Take your vehicle to the Toyota service dept, and have them order the replacement key, as they are all micro chipped, and the only guaranteed replacement are TOYOTA genuine supplied ones. I had a toyota Celica in Australia, and because the key no longer worked, they could not replace them as the car was older than 5 years, so I had to have a whole new ignition unit installed and the central locking renewed with the new codes of the new ignition. Cost me around $500AUD about 3 years ago, but then again you may be lucky enough just to have to get a replacement key..
