I think their was no problem some 8-10 yrs back. I had a lot of Pakistani friends who did study in Indian schools and went on for higher studies in Pakistan. Musharraf came and changed the rules. But I think now they have revoked it now. I dont know from where you got the information that Pakistan certificate is not recognized in India. Its news for me.
