First you need a telephone line from Qtel, then you need an internet connection from Qtel, then you need a wireless router from Carrefour (or somewhere similar). Follow the setup instructions that come with it.

This assumes your PC has a wireless card. If not, you'll also need a wireless adapter for it, again from somewhere like Carrefour.
