Indian Cultural Centre in Abu Hamour conducts Yoga classes in the evenings of Saturday, Monday & Wednesday at 5.00 PM & 6.00 PM. Same teacher also takes classes in International Academy in Mansoura on other three days of the week. Charges are QR 200/- per month in ICC & QR 350/- in IA

I have not had a chance to get to any yoga classes as yet but have found a couple of  really good yoga video's (Carefore), by Sara Ivan call 20 min yoga make over. I have brought the yoga makeover weight loss and flat abs.

Need some  information about timing ,location and charge plz.

I am a certified yoga acharya (master of yoga). I also hold a Diploma in nature cure & yogic sciences (DNYS) from the All India Nature Cure Foundation.

I visited Fitness First (City Centre shopping mall - top floor) the other day - they have Yoga classes and various other classes on offer.

ICRC is close to the Mall / Lulu Hyper market . for a walk in class , they charge 30 QR for an hour.

For 20 sessions 950 QR.

Hi, I had my first Yoga class last Tuesday! I went to Garvey's which is now YamaYoga. Check their website for all info, http://www.yamayogastudios.com/

The prices are increasing this week though. It will cost QR60 for a walk-in class and QR550 for 10 sessions.

The class was amazing, it wasn't a beginner class, I just did what I could. The instructor was very professional. If the prices were not so expensive I would definitely go back. It is a very nice place.

There is also a lady who offers classes from her house, the class is QR30. There is a class on the 28th of September that I have signed up for. She usually just gives morning classes but she will try evening an evening class to see if it's popular. Her name is Pam Hall, number 44134419

If you go down Salwa Road from Ramada, go over Decoration R/A, Market R/A and then Al Azizya R/A.

Just after the new shopping complex on your right hand side is a right turn.

Take the right and go down the road about 20m and you will find a little road to the left, take the turn. Garveys is just around the right bend on the left hand side.

Cannot help you with class time or levels, but if you google YamiYoga it should give you a telephone number. I think they also have a facebook page.
