About
Hi I am a yoga practioner and trainer from the Shivananda School of yoga.
I am a certified yoga acharya (master of yoga). I also hold a Diploma in nature cure & yogic sciences (DNYS) from the All India Nature Cure Foundation.
I have handled sessions in Shivanada Ashram in Madurai and Delhi. I have proven expertise in handling individual and group sessions. Some of my satisfied clients include DDA(Delhi Development Authority), the sports club at vasant kunj in Delhi and Airtel.I have also handled private group yoga sessions in Singapore,Malaysia and Dubai.
