The problem with this guys is when they retire and are no longer in demand at the place they originaly came from then they move to this place out here and sleep walk through their programmes.

I am a little confused here..

“An extraordinary ten-year boom is petering out in Qatar with the state’s large-scale gas-exporting infrastructure having been completed, leaving business confidence at its lowest ebb in years.”

Surely, since the gas exporting infrastructure is complete, there will be pure revenue generation and more money available..
