We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Carpentry and Joinery Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of joinery processes, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Joinery Factory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the joinery factory, including production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Oversee a team of skilled workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications..
• Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments, including design, sales, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in production efficiency and product quality.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Carpentry and Joinery Factory Manager or in a similar managerial role within the woodworking/carpentry and joinery industry.
• In-depth knowledge of carpentry and joinery manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in woodworking, manufacturing, or related fields are a plus
