Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Asian Cuisine

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Pakistani cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in restaurant management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
· Supervise and lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
· Ensure the quality of food, hygiene standards, and overall ambiance meet the highest standards.
· Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
· Oversee cost control measures, including managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and minimizing waste.
· Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff.
· Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu standards and introduce innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
· In-depth knowledge of Pakistani cuisine and culture.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
· Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
· Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
