Real Qatari's Vs Irani Qatari's

Now here is an Interesting topic to talk about ....

Ive met a lot Qatari people in my life and when I say Qatari I mean their full family has been there in Qatar for generations

These people are the most helpfull people in the world, Ive seen and read about them helping not only Qatari's but also expats no matter where they are from....

Then we have Irani Qatari's ... Ive met a lot of them too... They have a dictator mentality and want people to do everything for them at their command.

These are the kind of employers who wish to treat all their staff as slaves not grant them NOC to switch jobs and also sometimes holds their passports.

Then we have the wanna be Qatari's ... i love these people Indians Pakistanis other arab nationals wearing expensive perfumes and trying to show they are really Qatari's.....

whats your inputs on this guys ?

danabanana got kicked in the b**t but by some "wannabe" Qatari or "Iraninan" Qatari.

Don't take her wrong guys it's not racism it's just frustration.

Keep ranting

Just wanted to point out that as Qataris we can almost always identify someone's roots and heritage just as he/she walks by.

Dunno why we do, but we really do!!!

I think it has to do with desert life/survival skills back when ppl travelled throughout the year looking for food and water.

On another note...Although I personally am from a UAE royal "or what's known as sheikh" descent through and through and dated back for over 400 yrs, I don't think that makes me more or less kind or tolerant towards ppl. I DO believe that it's a personal thing and that there r bad apples in every crowd

Unless you are living in place where humanity began, you are descended from immigrants--which by my count is pretty much everyone.

Woo hoo! Seriously this is the kinda racism many of us have faced "oh your mom's dad isn't from here so you are not one of us" and the likes. If you are born somewhere, and they happen to be a land that grants you citizenship, you are one of them regardless of where your greatest grandpa was from ORIGINALLY..

Frenchies i think u dont get a clear picture theres a message out there for people to watch out who and where they work ....

We all are different people

What makes us bad is the bad things we do to people

what makes us good is what good we do for people who do bad to us

so theres no racism here theres loyalty ... and tribute to the real people over the fake numb nuts running around think they rule the place

Now Frenchies wanna start another debate.

hahahahaha !! good debate here ....

But there really is a lot of difference ... I honestly think Qatar should denounce Irani Qatari's there are the trouble makers here who have made life in Qatar miserable to 95% of the expat population....

Ohh and not the forget the expats here are the worst esp Indians ... just a reminder its an Expat that screws an Expat ....

Someone was telling me the other day the HR manager of Regency got bashed up in Egypt for his behavior towards staff and hire and fire rules without NOC.

I wonder what would happen to him in India or Filipines considering all the people working there are those nationals ...

I wish him good luck in QATAR only lol.

...what exactly? the US and many other countries have been built by immigrants - as long as you love your country and work to make it better, it doesnt matter where your ancestors are from.

You said it.. couldn't agree more!I honestly can never pinpoint any one nationality to better/worse/more arrogant/more humble etc than another...every nation consists of all sorts.

Then why debate at National Prime Time on qualities of Qataris and Non Qataris.....not fair....

Personal experience all types of people are here in this world and Qatar is an example of diverse peaceful unity

I like that phrase "wanna be Qataris"

Well not to be racist but from my personal experience, I do believe that the real Qataris and the Sheikhs are the best people in dealing with others and are very high in ethics and very well mannered. Unfortunately, some other have a different mentality that conflicts with the booming of the country....

Not only IRANIS..some arab people who are here in qatar can easily be recognized by their very normal attitudes.

Some wanna be qataries are acting/ behaving like anything that will make you upset.

A large percentage of Qataris do not trace their immediate roots to the peninsula for generations. They hail from Bahrain, Saudi, Yemen, Iran, Pakistan, and other parts of the Middle East and Africa. In the 1930s, the population of Qatar was less than 20,000 once the pearl fishing collapsed. Over the next several decades it rebuilt itself on immigration and encouraging people who had left for jobs in other countries to return. It was fairly easy to become a citizen until the 1970s.

Like other nationalities around the globe, the children of immigrants marry, have their own experiences and forge new countries and national identities. To call them Iranian is a little ridiculous.

Trust Iranis are very fine people. There are bad apples in every lot. If you have prejudices, it reduces your scope of finding good people and the happiest thing in life is company of good people......so reexamine your facts.
