the istemara is for every year...but if ur car is new or its 2 years old u just need to do the insurance and straight to the traffic police department, on the other hand car more than 2 years have to go 1st for technical inspection. the main1 is in INDUSTRIAL AREA and there are mobile stations too..1 is near LULU HYPER CENTER car parking area and the other 1 in AL WAKRAH..when u finish from there u have to do the inspevtion form the traffic department than straight to the insurance which are also located in traffic department..

i need the same advise. before my company processes everything for my car. now my manager told me i should take care of everything. i want to ask our mandoub but he is in vacation right now and will probably back after 3 months (whew!) why indians and nepalis in our office can have that break? anyway, i have no one to ask now. i need your help.

another question is: when should be the time to go to Qatar Inspection? is it after 3 years or 5? pls advise.

thanks!
