If y'all are ok with playing on weekdays, there are a couple of venues. the lawns/parks in front of the airport, doha Club, and Sheraton might be available. these are usually packed on Fridays & saturdays.

for the goalie posn thoug not really good at it,,,played at the first( and hopefully not last) meeting and blv me it was fun,...still venues remains a problem

i prefer playing as centerback or center-midf but what the heck...bring it on!!!

I agree, playing on Saturdays would be better than Fridays. In fact I wouldn't mind playing on weekday evenings as well.

We agreed to Saturday because most of the guys are spending their Fridays with their families this day. So we make it Saturday, I have work at Saturday but still no problems and I can always come.

Busy shifting these days to a new house, so please guys organize something .. go ahead .. play and have fun.

look as i mentioned above there is a open place we have grass on the turf just next to the airport, opposite pizza hut and qatar airways building .......i just played with some of the guys out there today if we have everyone ready to come there then no problems

The problem now is there is no playground, the Doha College is booked the whole day on Saturday for something ... I don't know what to call it really ... Sorry for that guys ... were trying all the time, then ask for Rock help, but in the end ... we could not make it.

try and see if u can find a place if not i know of an open place where we can play but no flood lights so will have to make it early at around 6-6:30 in the evening and i can try and manage to get a football too if its fine with u guys .......but its better to find a place indoor so guys pls try and see

Doha college is fully booked by a Church group this saturday.

You are welcome man, we are trying now to confirm the place and if everything was ok, then it would be on Saturday between 8:30 & 9:30 PM. Spread the word and if someone is interesting bring him with you.

Good morning guys and how is everyone doing this morning? I was trying to contact the guys back in 'Doha College', since yesterday but no answer. Anyone live near that place or can try to contact them for the playground booking? Any help is really appreciated. We got now 7 players so far and I'm sure that if we book it today, we would be able to complete the number to 10 players.
