British Muslims in Doha

Hi,

Me and my wife have recently moved to Doha from the UK and we are looking to meet fellow muslims expats from the UK.  I know a couple of people here but my wife didn't before we moved out, so if there are any female British muslims here who would like to get to know my wife please feel free to reply to this thread too.

Thanks

I'd love to make friends with female British Muslims. I am from France but perfectly fluent in English.

PM me if you're interested.

Muslims hold the belief that all babies are born instinctively Muslims (pure monotheist) but that their parents corrupt their innate condition through non-islamic upbringing such as atheism or judaism...

Hence the term revert. To revert to an earlier state, that of when you were born, Islam or pure monotheism.

Salam,

If the original poster is still interested, I am also someone who would like to meet other UK Muslims. My husband and I are both reverts. He is German and I am originally Filipina but the UK is a big part of my background (partly grew up there and went to school and university there). Hope to hear from you.

Assalaamu alaykum wr wb. If you are still interested in meeting

UK origin Muslims, I have just moved here about 4 months ago with my family. I am an English 2nd generation revert Muslim Mum with 5 school age children ( see my profile). I hope we can be in touch to help each other at least! So far I have not met any other British Muslims here in Doha, and would like to meet some! My husband is Tunisian. Do you know any English study circles on Islam? I currently go to one in Arabic! Best wishes, in hope, Umm Aayatulnoor.

He said he was a newbie,  if u can help then help him. If you cant let it go without all the negativity. Its obvious he didnt mean to offend anyone, more likely he has asked for brit muslim becauase that is who they are, are chances of having things in common....If someone posted they were looking for fellow japanese people in qatar, who you be bashing them about not asking for other nationalities?

Salams r_ahmed,  sorry if offended you - i am hoping I didn't :)I know we can meet people generally through other forums on here but I wanted to see if there were any british muslims in specific because we have found it difficult to find any :)We are both very sociable and would like to get to know couples regardless of where they are from, so it would be good to hear from anyone of you guys.  I am sorry if I came across in an unpleasant manner. Thanks :)
