Where I can report prank callers?

For 2 nights now, I have been receiving calls from a number. When I answer it, a guy with arabic accent (or maybe he is faking it) starts moaning as if he is masturbating, and would and say lewd, dirty things. To which authority here in Qatar I can report this?

May be he need legal Advise from you....
If he is calling on your mobile phone then just go to police station and show your mobiles call history to police station. They will directly assist you to file a complain and action will be taken directly and this guy will be behind bars in minutes.
If he is calling on your land line then go and file a complain in police station. They will request Qtel to monitor and record your land line conversations. Sure next time he calls he will be caught red handed.

Also, next time u get the call, try to record it to use as proof when u lodge the complaint.
i think, before reporting to police, you give the caller one more chance. Tell him "one more call, you will be in police custody".......

You should throw your phone into the deep blue sea. No mobile, no prank calls.
have a speak with your local police. They do take it real serious. Carefull tough. Non local (or voip) callers cant be tracked.
