I would like to know, are usually traditional qatari clothes for women tailored or bought? I saw a many tailor shops, but all men. Are there ones but women?

actually usualy they are men...but i think they have to have some lady for taking measurements...

U can find tailors too in the places mentioned above.
Some shops have readymade clothes , if u want tailor - made..they will do when asked.
jalabiya..u can get in souqs , best one in the souq area is Souq Al Dira & Souq Al Jabor
U can get Abhaya in these places too.

sure you can order a custom-made abaya.. there are a lot of of the stores in souk. Or you can go to the Mall. You can either buy Abaya or tailor it.
They have hundreds of samples in the stores. You choose the cut you want, you choose the embroidery you want, you choose the fabric you want. They take your measurements, and in 1 week your Abaya is ready..
Prices for custom-made abaya start form somewhere QR450-500 and run up to few thousands...
However, you can buy cheap ready abaya for QR80-180..but you cannot compare it with the custom-made one...
