Special Number Qatari Riyal Notes !!!

I have seen on QL classified...people selling special numbered Qatari Riyal notes...they are selling QR1,QR50 special numbered notes for 500 n above...are they really valuable or worth buying them ??

There have been at least 2 other posts on this if I recall, also the weird "special" hala telephone numbers which I could never remember even after reading them a half a dozen times.
