This hysterical. It reminds of when Qatar airways wins the best airline in Qatar award and when Qtel whens the best blackberry service provider in Qatar award.

Well I am surprised, that must mean the customer service in the rest of the middle east is worse but I find that really hard to believe. The only way it could be worse is if they actively went round and punched their customers in the face....
