Well, for a start, a 'saloon' is where cowboys from the wild west go to drink and gamble. A 'salon' on the other hand, is where you get hair, spa and beauty treatments.
Why not keep it simple, how about 'Gentlemans Spa', or 'The Cave Spa - Retreat, Relax, Recharge' :)
