How many hours is the working hours ?

May know how many hours is the normal working hour in Qatar, some says its 8 hours but someone says we have to work for 10 hours, and no overtime is paid, but normal working hours of the company here is from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, can I know the real working hours ?

Some times it is 12 Hours Without Overtime. Depends upon the Company and your position, Higher the Position More to Work.
