Driving offences!!
Amazing! I was negatively affected by a black land cruiser whilst driving to work. Out of curiousity, to see if this guy was having a bad driving day, I entered his vehicle No in the MOI site. QR34,000 in fines (Qatar and UAE) and 44 points. What happened to losing your license at 12 points?
Some of the offences I do not understand-"driving a vehicle 42m above the road"???

You did not check the driver's number, that is the car number. If a car belong to a company with many people driving the same car, it is still possible that no driver had to loose his drivers license.
