Is it allowed here to go to office with suit but trousers only half. Of course I will were shoes. I want to try that. What’s your opinion please?

Depends on the office, but unless others are already doing it or you are charge, I would advise against it.

There's no harm in trying... It's your own fashion sense, i dont think police will catch you for wearing a trouser... unless they are the fashion police :))
