Depends on the office, but unless others are already doing it or you are charge, I would advise against it.
yeah go ahead and try, but please tell us which position you are working on, so that suitable ppl can apply for that post after your termination ;)
There's no harm in trying... It's your own fashion sense, i dont think police will catch you for wearing a trouser... unless they are the fashion police :))
maybe you want to try two piece instead --a hat and flipflops..and nothing more..

If you are appropriately attired you can project a professional image while at work. The choice is yours
i saw so many pictures in google image serch and it looks good. my worry is may be police catch here.
