hi..im under husband sponsorship with work permit..now I have got a new job & wanted to join the new company..do i need NOC from my present company or I can join without NOC..does anybody has gone thru such a situation or knows somebody..any info is highly appreciated..thanks in adv..
Yes you need an NOC from your husband. This must be typed or hand written in Arabic.
Also if you have been working previously for another company and had a workpermit with that company then you need a resignation acceptance letter of a termination letter from the old company. This is to cancel your workpermit issued at that workplace.
That's correct, because your husband is your sponsor. Only he can let you work or not. So, be nice to him.
If you are working under your husband sponsorship then you don't need a NOC from your present employer in order to join a new company.
