Dear all,
Is there a good soul out there who could clarify a few doubts on the subject?

I was working in Qatar from November 2006 to August 2007(a period od 10 months only) after which I resigned from the job, and joined a firm in Dubai.

I have now recieved a good offer in Doha and wish to take it.

The question is: Can I come back to Qatar before completeing 2 years? If not is it possible to come on a visit visa and work till the two year ban is over?

Please advice.

how are you guys doing this, jumping from place to place within 2 years time 3 places :)

According to new Qatar Labour Law, You cant come through visit or work visa until finsihing of 2 years of ban. But previously you can come under visit visa and you can do the job. Now this rule has been taken.

If you get NOC with your previous employer in qatar & cancellation of Dubai visa, you can get work visa in qatar.

Hope I clear your doubt.
