Don't be silly, bring them all or keep mother with the kid. all the best ! you can sponsor your kid but you should have the family sponsorship facility which is hard to get unless if you meet all the requirements.

As far as I know, your wife cannot sponsor your kid, its you to sponspor and for that you should be eligible enough to get that.
