I Just want to understand if anyone has fair knowledge of the following aspects:

If a persons Work visa is applied and if the same is either in process or generated in the immigration Visa System.

Is there possibility that Visit Visa gets generated ?

Or There must be no work visa applied and Visit Visa gets generated ????????????????

Anyone can share their views and comments ????

Really sir? In one passport can generate 4 visa maximum? I also have a problem because I already issued by a company A a working visa but I have not yet start to work, not even fingerprint and I still have my passport and not yet have RP beacause I refused it because I got another offer from Company B...So Now the company B already give my document to the immigration to process my working visa...So the immigration will approved the working visa???? thank you need help and advice....

As per new rules and status. One passport can generated 4 visa maximum till the time the RP is not stamped. I got this news from Immigration.

Which ever was applied before will get appoval and the 2nd will get rejected . If a visit visa is issued 1st then for an employement visa an NOC letter would be required to process the work visa .....
