Dear friends.

Urgent reply needed.

One of my friend worked in qatar since 2 years in sep-11 he cancelled his work visa get the Noc and went to back to india. on December-2011 he came back to qatar to new company on work visa submitted his original Noc,his medical is finish, no fingerprint yet and visa not stamped yet. he want to go back to india and want to come with new company on work visa.

1. Did he needed NOC, if yes which company current co. or old company.

Better to leave the new company before he is transferred then he can come back with his previous NOC
