I was working in Qatar in 2007. I was forced to leave for my home country ie. India on a very short notice due to some very serious problem back home. Due to paucity of time i was unbale to cancel my work visa then.
Now i am interetsed to work in Qatar again. I would like to know whether i am eligible to work in Qatar as by now almost 3yrs have passed.
I am ready to pay penalty for the same, if any.

I will be really grateful if you can help me on this as i am very keen on re-location.

Regards,
Altaf

Yes.

You can come back to Qatar on a new Work/Business Visa. Resident Visa gets cancelled if any one stays outside Qatar for more than 06 months.

Your visa will be automatically cancelled after 6 months of your departure. from then after 2 year will be counted. now that period also crossed

If there is no complaint registered by your sponsor, you can come back now. But you have to re check with experts.
