i am working on a work permit here and have got a job in india. i wanted to go back to india .i have to get the permision of the sposnsor and what clauses are there if the sponsor does not agrees ....how one should manage to agree the sponsor.

IS it advisable to work on busines visa as any how its valid for three month and after that atleast the sponsor cannot stop in any case.

its very simple... resign from ur job.

if the sponsor is not agree to release you, just contact ministry of labor.

thats all

You can resign your job as your Employment Contract. Check you contract for the notice period. Normally notice period is 1 month for junior positions.
