Hi everybody
i want to ask a situation of mine regarding NOC.

i worked in qatar for more than 6 years then i had cancellation from my sponsor since one year and unfortunately i wasn't able to obtain an NOC from him, so i returned back to India , then i found a contract in Oman -musqat.

now my new company wants to expand its work in GCC and especially Qatar.
and i was nominated to be there.

can i come back to qatar or i have to wait one more year?

can i come by business visa?
and what are the powers i have with business visa?
i mean am i able to sign contracts , make deals...etc. and manage this new branch?

thank you everybody for your Help

It's a tough situation to be in, but not an unusual one unfortunately. Law changes have been spoken about for years, but I doubt we'll see them anytime soon.

I'm assuming you're Indian from your original post. This being the case you're going to struggle getting a business visa even under normal circumstances, let alone with a cancelled visa in your passport.

You'll need to get a visit visa in advance, though this may also be tough.

Good luck with it though!

thank you for your reply,

i already spoke to my previous sponsor and he refused to give it to me , he said because i resigned.

i can not even find a relation between these two.

i heard i can enter by visit visa or business visa for 3 months .is it true?

yOU NEED TO OBTAIN NOC FROM YOUR PREVIOUS EMPLOYER IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR NEW ENTRY VISA FOR QATAR SINCE THE LAW IS NOT YET CHANGED!
