Wife Visa Extension

my friend have some problem regarding the visa, please any one can help...

 

he bring his wife 6 months back on visit visa, now they got a baby last week, at the moment their visa will expire with in few days, and the baby is in hospital, as was borned premature, so atleast baby will stay there for 3 months. now at the current stage, they can not leave the country, until the get the baby.

now all i want to know is that, what is the process for extension of visa, what forms and documents he need for that to extend the visa,

Make sure you also take a medical report from the doctor stating that the child needs to stay in the hospital for three months and its not safe for the child to travel by air.The captain can sign for visa extension as a special case.

With all your papers for visa extension,go to the Captain in Immigration dept. in Gharrafa. He sits on 1st floor in building no.1 early in the morning.

Please go directly to Emmigration officer (captain) with medical report of the baby's condition.

I am sure they will give her an extension.

I pray for them

go to any of the emigration office , and meet captain (mudeer). and tell him your situation. keep the hopital documents if u have in your hand. Offcourse you will get some solution from him
