Where's agency for processing my nursing documents?

I have nursing documents that I need processed by some government agencies(the Ministry of Health's Hamad Training Centre (next to Lulu Centre) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) (near Museum R/A and al-Bustan hotel). I'm looking to hire an agency who can do this for me. I'm too busy to do it myself.
