AM WORKING FOR A SEMI GOVERNMENT COMPANY. I WAS DOING MY MBA HERE. NOW I HAVE BEEN TERMINATED DUE TO SOME ISSUES. ALTHOUGH PROCECUTION HAS CLEARED ME OF ANY WRONG DOING. COMPANY IS CANCELLING MY VISA WITHOUT GIVING ME NOC. I HAVE TO COME BACK AND CONTINUE MY STUDIES AND WOULD LIKE TO START MY OWN BUSINESS AS WELL. ADVISE ME PLEASE.

IS INVESTMENT VISA HAS ANY EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE OF 2 YEARS OF BAN
