where can i get my saudi transit visa extended in UAE (if possible)?

My saudi transit visa starts from the date of issue that is 3rd July where as i intend to leave on the 15th and stay for a whole month in UAE. As i was unaware that the validity starts on the date of issue not the date of entry i want to know how i can get it extended or maybe get another saudi transit visa in UAE so i can spend the whole month in UAE?
Does anyone know of reliable agents in the UAE who can get me the extension or a new visa?
Please tell me if there is anything else i should keep in mind.
From all the searches on QL and elsewhere i felt that this drive to UAE would be a breeze but i could never anticipate the upcoming problems so those of you who know anything about this travel or had any bad experiences please let me know so i can be prepared.
