What will i do?
I went for vacation last 4 months ago and im planing to come back but i dont want to go back to my company instead im going to find another job...will i ask NOC from the company? What if they will not give me? since many employees before they did not give NOC. Im locally hired, do i have the right to ask NOC? What if they will not give me NOC still could i come back to doha and find another sponsor? I really want to come back to doha... i love doha much! What will i do? Do i have options of going back and to find work again? Please help! Thanks.
Even if you ask your company for NOC they have the right to not release it! It is their decision, are cases when even after 4 years working in the same company the person didn't get the release and it's nothing to do! Try to talk with the person in charge and find out if they are ok with this! If not, you cannot come back before 2 years!

buddy as per Qatar labour law those employees tht hired locally, employes have a right to ask for NOC certificate after certain period of time. My cousin change his sponsership from father to the company he is working for and they told them tht after period of 2 yr they can give him release, so u can also ask for release as u r locally hire.
