What will happen if the GM has no signature?
my friend submitted all documents to the company she suppose to work with. yesterday, she went to the company to confirm everything. she talked to the HR yesterday but the HR told her the GM is already in vacation. so no one will sign to the documents needed to process her visa. problem is, her business visa will expire on the 17th of july. she was hired last june 15 to the company. but the company wants her to begin to her work, once her working visa release. my question is, if GM's signature is important, how will they process her visa if their GM is on Vacation? what if GM's return will occupy the validity of her business visa? does the company will owe her the responsibility? are there still any extensions provided for a 3 month business visa? pls. help. thank you so much for your knowledge.

If the candidate is on Business visa from some other "A"company and waiting by another company "B" to hire her,then company"A"responsible to pay fine and not company"B" as they have not yet employed her.try to get extension or must come back after the GM come back and process her papers
Company can fine per day for each additional day . Since it is not her fault , she neeed pay anything . Normally each company PRO can do the needful if GM absent or sick or out of country. Every Company has 2 authorised signatories -mandatory Rule .
You can get extension on visa to save his/her's job.
