What to Do?

Hi,

This is the situation:
I am offered a job from new XX co and my sponsor is ready to give any document I want. My new XX co needs a visa transfer. but I am reluctant to give my visa to this company. XX co say it will give in writing that when ever I need the release they will give me.
But I will move out of this country in one year to LA. What should I do? Go for NOC or Release, Do any one have the format for this?. Thanks in advance.
