The family member is a holder of dual nationality, and from the MOI terms & conditions, the family visitor can stay up to a 6 months and then stay outside for 3 months. Is applying for the same visa applicable on the same visitors dual nationality prior to an expiration (to prevent this 3 months period). Thanks.
