What can i request for transfer or NOC?

I am more than 1 year in Qatar, i change my sponsor (new company) less than 3 months. However , i find out the company is not STABLE ( Financially ) and many staff are tendering resignation.Pls can i request for NOC or transfer as my mind is out of the company. pls i need your advice as i dont know what to do again ?In addition , my propation period is 6 months.
Since u r just new n ur present Co. it s advisable to request for an NOC rather than release..F u have an NOC u can exit Qatar and join in a new Co using a new work visa for u..
You could try asking for a NOC but nobody could assure you you will get it.
Try talking to your supervisor/manager in the company and ask politely for a NOC. If you get it good....go out there and get a job immediately
If after asking they still refuse to issue a NOC to you then forget it you must leave the country and wait for 2 yrs before coming back again.
