Otherwise, I never heard. Lot of my friends from my last company are working there and I never heard a situation when QP failed to get the visa. But the time taken to process is horrible. Varies from 6 weeks to 12 weeks and those who got selection from overseas a little bit long as the medical to be varified and certified by QP medical. In my case it was E-offer and I submitted all documents on 27th June. Still the visa is not ready..........

It will take at least one month to process your visa, if you have accepted the offer and send your documents you don't have to worry, you will be getting an entry visa for you and your family.

It is possible for your to drive from Doha to RasLaffan everyday, many people are doing that. It takes 45 mints one way (approx. 60 Kms). Most of the schools are in Doha, so its better to stay in Doha for the convenience of your kids.. QP clinic are working on two shifts.. I think Raslaffan Clinic is 24 hrs clinic.

The next term for Indian Schools start in September. You can contacts the schools and reserve a place for them. Most schools have Websites some of the best Indian schools are.. Doha Modern Indian School, Modern Indian School (managed by Delhi Public School), Birla Public school.

There is another Doctor in this forum who recently got his Visa for QP Medical Services. his username is 'sheiksiva' If you have any specific Question send him a Private message, he may be able to answer you. Good luck!
