Can we apply for visit visa for a family member through Metrash 2 application and what is the procedure?

I went to both Garraffa and Al dayeen immigrations. They are not accepting visit visa application. Metrash2 service is not working also. Please suggest an option is anybody knows

i tray to submit emigration office saying family visit visa..only possible thru mettrash....if eny person have idea please give me information

no, as you have to submit papers and original for check

after that you can check statues, pay or print online.
