Visit visa, a month or 30 days?

My relatives are here on Visit visa. The stamp on their passport says valid for "one month". They arrived on 16th of July, and their departure is on 16th of August. A METRASH message said that their visa expires on 15th.
Anyone can predict what is going to happen at the passport counter upon their departure?
Just came back from Etihad Airways office. They will issue boarding passes from their management office at the airport (not the check-in counters) before 11:30 PM, for a 4:15 AM flight.
It's not QR 10.00 per day penalty, it's QR 200.00 per person per day as their visa are for visit only. Only resident visas are charge QR 10.00 per day. You follow what the immigration says/apply.
Like 10 QR per day? not a problem at all. What I also need to know is that the traveler will be bounced back to pay somewhere in the airport, or pay by electronic card at the passport counter?
30 days is considered a month in Qatar, therefore, exit must be made by 15th Aug. Otherwise, you may be penalized at airport during exit.
