Visit Visa for deported people

Sadness
By Sadness

Procedures in Qatar are not common sense sometimes. We all knew that "huroob" or "escape" from sponsor is not a criminal case. Especially the alleged person being framed and trapped by sponsor since sponsor has full power to make a report and could not back up the allegations.

In the end, the person got detained and deported to homeland. This person cannot come with work visa so is the person able to come to Qatar with visit visa?

Hoping Ministers read this and able to figure out.

Another one I find strange is the Business visa. It seems that agents use this to allow people to come on visits . Business visas should only be issued to companies who can prove that the person is coming on their behalf

It is all farcical. As it stands, there are loopholes and tHe law protects the corrupt employer.

This will continue until employers are held to account and punished

And nobody punishes the company!

Let's put it like this: the company doesn't pay the salary. The worker has no food. He doesn't come to his duty. He is absconded in the eyes of the sponsor. The sponsor calls the police. The worker gets deported. This is justice in Qatar!

And, he should not be ashamed of coming back because he did not do any criminal. In fact, people who did crime before have no shame to come back also. It is common if someone got blacklisted in Qatar. Not all people who are blacklisted are wrong.

But you are right that as long they are alive within Qatar, sponsor is responsible for them. But, the funniest thing is the sponsor called the police to come to office whilst they were in discussion in the office. I don't know who don't have common sense now because I try to understand their issue.

The person has been reported "escape" after the employer terminated him and stopped his service.

Read the contract terms & conditions again. All illegal activities during your employment period are considered as fit for disciplinary action on an employee. Specially obsconding is termed as abondoning the services with out any notice to the employer, thus making way for them to frame charges as they want. So, who don't have common sense now ? As long as you are alive with in Qatar the sponsor is responsible for him/her, so takes safeest measures against you, thats it. He should be ashamed to think of coming back to Qatar having a black mark, even on a visit visa.
