Hi, My friend is a civil engineer. He got a job in Qatar, but the company doesn't have visa now. They asked him to come in another company visa and after one year, they will provide visa. When we search for visa, we get only electrician visa and they are ready to give NOC after one year. My doubt is after getting his NOC, can he change to another company in a different profession, i.e., electrician visa to engineer visa?

Dont get into trouble... first check the company offered the job is a genuine one. Also if they dont pay, you have no legal remedy. As per law its illegal to work for some one else than the sponser if you are on work visa. Rules do change and words too. so think about it
