ASAK,
I am currently working in Doha however i have got a new opportunity in UAE and i want to take it as it is better company and better salary...my question is i have applied for a leave and i do not want to come back to the same company and if i tell him about the opportunity in UAE he will not give me exit...i wanted to know if i leave on vacation and do not come back to Doha instead i go to UAE will i be able to work there without cancelling my visa of Qatar??

As i have said earlier that my boss is not good at all if i tell him that i want an exit he will never let me go and will not give me my salary and will keep my id card everything as he has been doing it with other employees...so that is y i do not want to ask him for exit...and about dues i do not have any dues ALHUMDULILLAH...cant i get my visa cancelled in india...with Qatar embassy over there mumbai, delhi where ever it is...and yes after 6 months will i be able to go to any other GCC country after my Qatar visa validity is finished...please help!! me if there are any options....

If you don't cancel your Qatar visa, ur visa visa may get stuck but it is not for sure as it differs from case to case.

My suggestion is that instead of going on leave, you resign and get your visa cancelled, collect all your dues and leave for UAE.

Your Qatar visa will be open for 6 months from the date of exit and your UAE RP stamping may be at stake, wait for others opinion too, good luck.
