Hello,
I am an Indian who has come on a Business Visit Visa. The visa says one time entry only. Am I allowed to Travel to Dubai with this Visa?
If not, how do I get a Visa to go to Dubai? I would like to go there for a weekend.

visit immigration airport and ask for dubai visa i think they arrange there visit visa.

Hi,

Your visit visa is only valid in Qatar and is for one entry only.

To go to Dubai you need to get visa from Dubai, you can get it through a hotel or a travel company.

You would require a new visa to come back to Qatar

No you are not allowed, you need to get a visit visa from dubai, contact some one you know in dubai, they can help you
