VISA-NOT-STAMPED-RP-NOT-RECEIVED MEDICAL & FINGER PRINT DONE -NOC-REQUIRED OR NOT??
One of my friends had to return within 5 months of arrival in Qatar (Oct 2009) on emp. Visa. He had completed his medical tests (blood, x-ray, blood group) and fingerprinting. He had not received his residence permit (RP) nor was the Qatari visa stamped on his passport. His company not even processes his RP application to labor dept. This is the mistake of his company /sponsor (usual with in a month visa should be stamped as per Qatar law). He had to leave his country on emergency family problems. While exist Qatar company paid fine of 5 month to labor and canceled his visa . Now he got a job offer in an other company Would he require an NOC?.
Till your RP not stamped on PP, no NOC required even your medical and finger print already done.
go and change your sponser, best of luck.
You will still require NOC.
