Visa for my wife

Hi,
I am Indian national working here as Secretary since last 4 years. I want to bring my wife for long term. She was here for 3 months. I do'nt have family visa eligibility as i am getting less thatn QR 7000/. She is 33 year old and a certified Beautition. Please suggest how can i bring her for long term.
