Visa charges/terms during final exit from state of qatar

Gentlemen, Good Evening
I will be completing 3 years as on 2/5/2010, last month my employer renewed my visa for another one year and and will be expiring on 2/5/2011, since i got a better job in other gulf region therefore am planning to leave state of Qatar by this month end (ie., 30/4/2010),
In this scenario, do i need to pay for cancellation of visa as per the qatari labour law, if so how much i may have to borne and how much percentaage of gratuity am entitled for since am leaving on my own for good.
Appreciate your prompt response / advice in the matter.
it depend upon contract with your employer. completing 3 years means employer have to pay passage and cancellation charges are almost nothing.
