VISA CANCELLATION...need Info
I've been browsing/reading on QL most of the times I log in and check on the classifieds more often. But now, I need some info about visa...here goes:
I resigned from work and got an NOC from my previous employer. Now that I've found a job, my previous employer wants to cancel my visa and refused to give me extra few days to complete the visa transfer.
I'm not sure what would happen next:
1. If working visa gets cancelled, will I still be able to work?
2. Is it true that the NOC will be useless once my visa gets cancelled.
What complicates this, I have a bank loan and I know for a fact that the bank won;t allow me to leave...I'm in trouble and would need all the advise I could get.
Thanks in advance...
some companies gives you NOC so u can work and pay back the bank loan, some comapny dont care they just send u home and they stand with u at the airport so u wont stuck at migration i mean they make arrangements ...some they just hand u over to police lol...sorry its hard but depend on what company u work, but if u get NOC its not easy also to find a job maybe small salary jobs
only mine's more complicated...
Good luck !!!
