You could request from the sponsor/company an NOC to enable to transfer your sister-in-law's visa under your sponsorship.

However, if its cancelled, she has to leave or else she will be considered an illegal alien and IF CAUGHT, may get in jail and deported, which is not a nice way to leave the country.

You will pay QR200/day penalty. You can settle at the Airport Immigration earlier before your flight home so you would not have problems at the Immigration on the day you leave.

or

You can check first with the Airport Immigration before

you visa expires to avoid problems.

Usually if the sponsors will provide the Exit Permit on the same day that they cancel the Visa, and the exit permit is valid for 7 days from the date issue.

If you Leaving for Good, then you can Request Through your PRO to give you a grace period of 20 Days (or what ever) you need, but still they will give you grace period if they have Trust on you.

Cos if something happen to you on that grace period then also the sponsor is the total responsible person for you.

Good luck and try to cover without a grace period.
