what bothers me is that ive heared from my landlord that he has a friend who gave birth just last 2 mos ago. because mom and dad is not on family status, they were not able to get visa for the baby...

when i asked my friend whom happened to have a sister who gave birth last 2 weeks ago and not on family status, they were able to get the baby visa?

isnt confusing?

where governement agency i could ask about this stuff?

are you working? can your company sponsor you?

anyway, for my case i was once under husband sponsorship then i transferred under my company's sponsorship only last year. i gave birth early this year, when we applied for visa they ony gave my baby 1 year visit visa- their reason is that i should be under family visa for them to give residency/ family visa for my baby. I dont know if by next year we can change his visa to rp. It really depends on them, think my luck did not work that time because I have a friend who's also under company's sponsorship who gave birth a month earlier than me, her baby was given a 5 year rp.
